Job Description

Responsibilities :
1. Tender: price comparison, create budget, prepare tender document and follow up;
2. General Contract administration, measurement works;
3. Create budget after contract awarded;
4. Prepare Purchase Agreement/Subcontract Agreement / Purchase Order;
5. Prepare weekly Pipeline & Cost Control;
6. Prepare monthly Interim payment Application then submit to Client;
7. Prepare monthly interim payment to suppliers/subcontractors;
8. Assist in warehouse management and;
9. Settlement of final account.
Requirements :
1. Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in local building/civil construction projects;
3. Positive attitude, self-motivated, team spirit;
4. Good interpersonal skills;
5. Calm, logical, analytical, and sensitive with figures;
6. Willing to go to construction job sites;
7. Hands-on PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint;
8. Good command of both written English and Chinese;
9. More experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general accounting duties including accounts receivable,
  • accounts payable and general ledger functions, accounting entries for head office and bank reconciliation for group companies;
  • Handle the period end and year end closing;
  • Assist Finance Manager to provide timely and quality consolidated accounts and financial information to management;
  • Assist Finance Manager in reviewing accounting policies, procedures and accounting system to achieve better current and future needs;
  • Assist with the preparation of business plans, annual budgets and monthly forecasts; Liaise with external auditors and bankers;
  • Assist in compliance with legal, tax and regulatory requirements, liaise with external auditors and bankers;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Clerk.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
  • Good knowledge of internal control system and familiar with the Hong Kong accounting practices;
  • Possess accounting sense of confidentiality, honesty and stability;
  • Strong communication skills with other commercial department colleagues;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese and proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop method statements and risk assessments for all works and review / update following any changed conditions or methods on site
  • Planning / programming / procurement of resources (labour, plant, materials) with supervisors to deliver projects within budget
  • Measurement and monitoring of site works
  • Ensure safety is a priority; assist supervisors with task briefings, site inspections, enforcement of safety rules on site
  • Ensure the works are delivered to the required quality at all times
  • Weekly engineering / productivity reporting and feedback to senior management
  • Carry out on-site surveys and compile reports for client as required by the project scope
  • Liaison and coordination with clients and main contractors and attendance at meetings 

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ post graduate experience in local building/civil construction projects including on site experience
  • Experience at writing tailor made method statement of construction jobs on site
  • Willing to go to construction job sites
  • Good command of both written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and AutoCad
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Stable, positive attitude & self-motivated
